Saturday's Vermont at Binghamton Men's Soccer To Be Televised On Time Warner Cable PDF Print E-mail

BURLINGTON, Vt. -- Saturday's Vermont at Binghamton men's soccer game will be televised in Central New York by Time Warner Cable. The game, a rematch of the last two finals of the America East Championship, kicks off at 7 p.m. at the Binghamton Sports Complex in Vestal, N.Y.

The game will be on Time Warner Cable Sports TW3 Channel which serves 620,000 cable subscribers throughout Central and Northern New York as well as the state's southern tier. Joe Brown will call the action with Richard Shaw providing color analysis. Steve Flamisch will be the sideline reporter.

Prior to Saturday's match with the Bearcats, Vermont (6-2-4, 2-0-0) hosts New Hampshire (6-4-2, 1-2-0) in a key America East contest Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Centennial Field. UVM students (with a valid ID), Rally's Roundup members and all Victory Club members are admitted free to all regular season home games. Vermont 1, Dartmouth 1 (2 ot); UVM advances on PKs (4-3)
HANOVER, N.H. --
A goal by Connor Tobin (Fort Collins, Colo.) with 26 seconds remaining in regulation and two sensational saves by Roger Scully (East Lyme, Conn.) in the penalty kick round allowed Vermont to advance past Dartmouth in a first round match in the 2007 NCAA Men's Soccer Championship Saturday afternoon in front of 2,034 at Burnham Field.
